Our robotised resistance welding machines combine precision, repeatability and high output for robust, optimised assemblies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each system incorporates a robot manipulator for the parts and electrodes, a power source to control the welding energy and custom-designed tooling to ensure perfect docking and optimum retention of components during the operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to rigorous insulation between the parts and the tooling, the welding energy is channelled efficiently, ensuring impeccable geometry of the finished product. Our robotised cells (1, 2, 3 or more robots) are fully automated and can achieve speeds of up to 900 parts per hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
