Project challenge
The customer in this sector wanted to adopt a single tool able of assembling its entire range of forks, with a consistent level of precision. The challenge was to ensure perfect adaptability to the different parts while guaranteeing efficient, repeatable welding.
Solution implemented
We have developed a robotic cell equipped with a two-wire welding robot, optimising the speed of the process. An automatic torch change system enables the type of wire to be adapted to suit the product, ensuring maximum flexibility and high assembly quality.
