Index equality men/women

At ACG, we place professional equality at the core of our commitments. In accordance with the legislation in force, we calculate every year our Gender Equality Index, which evaluates our actions to ensure real equity within the company.

    Our index is not computable this year due to the structure of our workforce (for example: insufficient number of employees in certain categories).

Why is this Index important ?

The Gender Equality Index is based on several criteria:

  • Gender pay gap.
  • Promotions and increases.
  • Parity among the highest remunerations.


These indicators allow us to track our progress and identify areas for improvement to ensure that everyone has the same opportunities.
