Challenge of the project
For this project, our client needed to guarantee the quality of their parts assembly process, which included three key steps:
- Final marking for traceability
- Stripping of the cataphoresis in the welding areas
- Welding the elements

A technical and human success
- Laser blasting: Speed 1,167 mm2/sec, total surface area at 5,400 mm2, cycle time 4.62 sec
- Laser welding: Speed of 5m/min, total length of 924 mm2, cycle time 11.08 sec
This project perfectly illustrates our approach: listening to the needs of the client, co-creating a tailor-made solution integrating the latest technologies, and transforming a complex industrial challenge into technical and human success.

Implemented solution
To meet this challenge, we have designed a free-transfer line, completely custom-made, incorporating:
- Specific pallets to hold components precisely throughout the process
- A step of laser stripping, laser welding, and laser marking
- A robotic manipulator that allows you to reposition the elements with precision at each step
This design allows to combine cutting-edge technology and customized flexibility, while ensuring a reliable and efficient process.
